We’re on autopay, and our bank statements show they’ve been taking our payments monthly. Called, sat on hold for almost two hours. Guy took my info and said someone will call back in 48-72 hours.

I won’t hold my breath. With their F rating from BBB and pages of complaints against them, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit being set up yet.
